基于EZMac协议的煤矿工作面环境监测系统设计

Design of Environment monitoring system of underground of coal mining face based on EZMac Protocol

摘要: 为了对煤矿采掘工作面瓦斯浓度、氧气浓度、一氧化碳浓度、二氧化碳浓度、温湿度等环境信息进行实时监测,设计了一种基于EZMac协议的煤矿工作面环境监测系统。该系统以无线射频芯片SI4463为监测系统核心,结合EZMac无线网络协议,对采掘工作面的环境信息数据进行采集、显示、存储、无线路由及发送等操作,实现了对无线覆盖的整个采掘工作面的环境信息数据监测。

Abstract: Based on EZMac Protocol,a real-time environment monitoring system was designed for surveillance of gas concentration,O2 concentration,CO concentration,CO2 concentration ,temperature and humidity in the coal mining face. Taking a radio frequency chip SI4463 as the key part of the monitoring system,the environment data of coal mining face can be acquisited, displayed, stored,wireless routed and transmited with the wireless EZMac Protocol, so as to monitor the environment data of coal mining face that the wireless network scope can cover.
